New Homes
Over time we have noticed a shift in what clients want in the Top End. Often there is a preference for a new home which maybe based on a southern design but also includes those characteristics familiar to Top End living. Our team of reputable architects and draftsmen relish the challenge of the building new houses all of which include that special blend unique to Territory architecture and the changing climatic conditions of the Top End.
Outdoor living spaces
During the dry, we all prefer to live outside, and our company has created and built timber decks, verandas and patios which enable each house to be an extension of the main living areas.
Metal fabrication
Our workers are qualified tradesmen and experts working with steel. We have varied experience from sheds to converted industrial workshops to contemporary living spaces. We’ve built mezzanines in existing structures and even managed a local photographer’s complete studio fit out.
Commercial work
We service a portfolio of commercial and government clients and have delivered many commercial projects in our 20 plus years. We have carried out many projects for Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics which we have tendered for and won. These works included schools, offices, government rural properties and various other infrastructure requirements.
Other commercial work we’ve done includes the stables at Fannie Bay Racecourse, buildings for Paspaley Pearls, Modwood decking at Stokes Hill Wharf, Beatrice Hill Research farm, Stuart Park School, Howard Springs School, Nemarluk School in the industrial areas and other commercial fit-outs.
We’re fully registered and insured, CAL accredited and members of both the Master Builders Association and Housing Industry Association in the Territory.
