Renovation to existing C19 elevated home.

Works involved new carport, replacement of cladding and insulate. New roof, solar electrics connected to grid, louver windows throughout with crimsafe screening. The lounge room was extended and the existing balcony was closed in to make large lounge room, flooring was laid over existing flooring, and decking laid on balcony. Two new sets of stairs were fabricated and installed. Stainless steel wire handrails. Renovation also included new kitchen and bathroom, new storeroom which can be used as a cyclone shelter.
